Dear Students and Parents

 

As you may or may not know, we have been rapidly expanding in many different facets of our school.  Due to popular demand, we are currently expanding our facility and staff as well as a complete website makeover. 

 

As we are expanding and innovating with new ways to improve our school, a few changes will be implemented at your soonest convenience:

 

• All students will need to sign up for a membership through our website.

 

• This will give students and/or parents access to the school calendar in order to reschedule or cancel lessons.

 

• We are switching merchant services and will need to update or re-enter billing information for all students.  *This will be included in the registration process. *

 

• We are implementing a review and referral incentive program. Any student who leaves a review on google or refers a student that enrolls will be credited a week of free lessons to their account!

Please follow the instructions to complete the registration form at your earliest possible convenience. *Note this is much easier done from a desktop/laptop computer.

 

1.       Go to RockyMtnMusicDen.com --> click on the “Sign Up” button.

​

​2.      Select your lesson length. (If signing up multiple students- select any length, we will fix it on our end.)

 

3.      Complete the forms.

 

4.      Please wait 24-48 hours for your schedule to populate to the website where you can log in and view your upcoming lessons.

 

5.       Once registered you can view your upcoming lessons, reschedule, or cancel lessons by clicking on your profile in the upper right corner of the website and then clicking “My bookings”.

The implementation of a new online scheduling system along with our new website has been in the works for over a year.  The nuances have been quite challenging to work out so any feedback and constructive criticism is welcomed as we work to provide the most streamlined and user-friendly scheduling platform.  Our office is always available to manually reschedule lessons by phone however, once registered we do ask that you try to use the online system before contacting our office directly.
