CMM Policies & Procedures

  • Payments for recurring weekly lessons are processed in advance during the first week of each month for the following 4 lessons. Billing cycles are adjusted to accommodate certain national holidays. See CMM calendar for details.

  • Payments are processed via automatic credit card transaction on a monthly basis for weekly recurring lessons. Individual lessons may be purchased and scheduled at the student’s discretion, but will not guarantee a recurring weekly timeslot.  Weekly students on automatic payment take priority on a first come first serve basis.

  • Payments are non-refundable with the exception of teacher absence, serious bodily injury, or national holidays.

Missed Lessons and Re-Scheduling Policy

  • Lessons may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice. Lessons missed without notice are not eligible to be rescheduled. It is the student or parent’s responsibility to contact and reschedule lessons.  Lessons not rescheduled within one month are not eligible to be rescheduled.  Please attempt to reschedule your lesson through the website before contacting directly!

Withdrawal From Weekly Lessons

  • Withdrawal from weekly lessons must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the billing date to avoid being billed in advance for the following month.  Lessons are transferrable to another student.

General Policies

  • Students, parents, and/or guests will not hold Casey Morgan Music accountable for any bodily injury sustained before, during, or after lessons on the premises unless due to unlawful negligence on the part of the teacher.

  • Please do not come to lessons if student is sick as we keep a cleanly environment and do not want to spread illness to the teacher or other students.

  • Teacher reserves the right to cancel lessons at any time.  In the case of a teacher absence students have the option of having the lesson rescheduled or refunded.

  • Please be extremely careful entering and exiting the driveway as the adjacent intersection is hazardous.  We’ve been working with the city to create a separate paved area for students, your patience is appreciated in the meantime.

  • No pets allowed.

  • No drugs or alcohol allowed on premises at any time.

  • No weapons of any kind allowed on premise.

  • No Smoking within 25 feet of building.  If you must smoke please dispose of butts in a proper receptacle.
